OVERVIEW: 1 in 5 people globally don't have adequate housing and this figure is expected to double in a decade. Globally, the built environment is the #1 CO2 contributor and the #2 contributor to landfills. We are working on assembling standardized net-zero homes in a factory, with the help of DOE national labs, corporate partners and local suppliers, to solve this problem at scale. We have exhibited our product on the National Mall in D.C., won a $3M grant from the CEC, and signed an MOU with Panasonic USA for conducting joint R&D. ReMo is also a finalist in SXSW 2024 pitch competition in the Smart Cities and Sustainability category, and is currently pursing a GigaFactory project with DOE's LPO.
